DISCOUNTED RATES FOR SELECTED HOTELS
Rooms in several hotels at preferential rates and favourable booking conditions will be arranged for LMHI 2025 delegates. These can be reserved from early October 2024.
A few hotels are ideally located around the Central Station Utrecht and within a 3-10 minute walk from the Congress venue. The hotel rooms alongside the train station are fully sound proof.
Other hotels are located in and around the city centre, but the Congress venue can be easily reached by public transport.
LMHI 2025 special conditions:
- Only a credit card guarantee is needed to guarantee your reservation
- No prepayment is required
- Rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 2-7 days prior to arrival, depending on the hotel
- Hotel rates include breakfast and taxes
- City tax (currently 7%) is payable at the hotel
LMHI HEADQUARTERS' HOTEL
NH UTRECHT HOTEL ****
The NH Utrecht hotel will be the Congress' headquarters hotel. It is located in front of the Central Station and only a few minutes' walk to the Congress venue.

Directions: Arriving by train at Utrecht Central Station, take the exit Jaarbeursplein. Take the stairs or escalators down to street level. You will see the NH hotel on your right hand side.
Rates:
- Standard room € 189 including breakfast and taxes.

- Minimum stay: 3 nights
The above mentioned rates are exclusive of city tax. This tax is automatically added to the room rate in the online reservation system.

INNTEL HOTELS UTRECHT CENTRE ****

Location/directions: Located at a four minute's walk from the Central Station and less than 15 minutes from the Conference venue. Arriving by train at Utrecht Central Station, take the exit Stationsplein. Turn left at Stationsplein. You will find the hotel on your left, immediately after having passed the bicycle parking. Rates: Double room single use € 193 / Double or twin room € 213
Conditions: Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. No prepayment is needed. Free cancellation until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations beyond that deadline and in case of no show, the full stay will be charged to your credit card.

Stayokay hostel in the city centre
The Stayokay hostel is located in the heart of the city, at 15-20 minutes' walking distance from the congress venue. It offers all types of rooms, ranging from a double room for 1 or 2 guests and some triple rooms to larger rooms shared by 4-6 or 4-10 guests. Each room has its own shower and toilet. The 1st floor houses a restaurant.
